Thea Glassman is a freelance journalist writing about pop culture, with bylines in outlets including The New York Times, Vanity Fair, Glamour, Architectural Digest and The Hollywood Reporter. She's currently working on a book called Freaks, Gleeks and Dawson's Creek (Running Press/Hachette), which goes behind the scenes of seven ground-breaking teen television shows, due in bookstores 2023. 


Prior to becoming a freelancer, Glassman was an Entertainment Editor at The Forward, where she covered all things film, television and culture for the web and print edition. 


Glassman is a New York City native, graduate of University of Kansas, and currently based in Los Angeles.
